notes: new material made for ume1 dj party on 21st... approx 5:50 onwards, the city sounds are edits from an ongoing sound piece for my fantasy city Apophenia (ill just keep working on it as long as I want).  It is many layers and remixes over several years now.. It has supercollider material, recorded sound in different cities, cambodia, los vegas, los angeles, vietnam, china, san francisco, as well as other sample based collage, and anything I could dig up that I've made and fits. Generally speaking, the goal of the mixing is to convey the music of a city, which can be heard accidentally in majorly developed areas - to make the mix neither be musical or non-musical - or, between my perception of diagetic and nondiagetic perhaps.
