I'm broke so here's art for sale to help me get by.
I have a potential irl exhibit soon and I've been preparing this mixed-media series for that.
These are the drawings so far, and I'm selling one older watercolor (@ the bottom).
For context, I go to the cafe to life draw nearly every day.
Eventually (last week) I realized I could translate those sketches into compositions so now I both sketch and color at the cafe.
I try to capture whatever interests me at the cafe, no consideration for composition at all, which usually creates a mess of scribbles and lines, then from that I'll fill in with color to translate it into a composition.
Drawing people at the cafe is one of my most favorite subjects.
When people are unaware of being observed, they have a natural gesture I am compelled by.
Gran said the cafe is a ballet, so I name the series 'sleep ballet'.

Berol/Eagle pencils (vintage draughting pencils 1950s/70s or so), copic alcohol markers, cheap pentel markers, trillion, black ink pens.
They are unframed, numbered and signed on the back.
